Irish Open SDTKD Club Notification
Dear All,
Details of upcoming event attached. The Irish Open is being held on our doorstep in Tallaght, and should be a really exciting event! This is the last major event currently in Irish Calendar this year. This is a sparring [kyorugi] event only.

Few small, but typical club conditions:
- All players must have a full set of Taekwondo equipment, no borrowing at the venue on the day.
- All players must be approved by SDTKD Team Coaches. First timers will have to be reviewed in detail and may not be applicable for this event. [Depending on their age / weight category / emphasis on sparring in club]
- Invites sent on www.teamer.net to SDTKD suggested entrants. If you you dont recieve an invite, but wish to attend, please return email. Preliminary Selection: http://teamer.net/teams/

- Parent / Guardian Consent Register will need to be signed /. All children must have a parent / guardian / designated adult supervising them. SDTKD club will take no responsibility for any accident / injury / misbehavior of any students at event. As always SDTKD will take responsibility for players in the competition / warm up area.
Note, as divisions are fully populated online, SDTKD may review & approach some of our new members for a 1st time event, if we feel your division would be appropriate for 1st time entry.
The divisions are really well broken down with some lower weights added in the -11yrs division, and a vetrans included.
At SDTKD we have players in many categories, and hope to see a good representation from club, particularly in minority groups!

SDTKD WILL BE SPONSORING €5 PER PERSON UP UNTIL 11.59pm AUGUST 11TH – [€20 ENTRY FEE]
SDTKD CLUB FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE – SUNDAY AUGUST 18TH – [€25 PER ENTRY]

STRICTLY NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK ONLINE SYSTEM, ASK PARENTS ON BALCONY FOR ASSISTANCE.
ANY LATE ENTRIES AFTER 18TH AUGUST WILL INCUR A €5 ADMIN FEE. – [€30 PER ENTRY]

Each time SDTKD has an event we have a last minute panic with late entries, missing entry fees, etc. The above is intended for all members & parents to avail of a safe & efficient manner of subscription to events & reduce abortive admin work with late entries.
